JHL6540 U2800 Thunderbolt chip for A1706/A1708 Macbook Pro

The JHL6540 is a thunderbolt chip that speaks to the CD3215. 

BE AWARE: JHL6540 will NOT work in place of a JHL7540!

It is possible for a CD3215 to be damaged enough that it damages the JHL6540, so that even after replacing the CD3215, you still don't get 20v on your charger.
