After a package leaves our facility we are not in control of how long it takes to get to you.
- Any shipping time estimates provided at checkout are purely estimates, not guarantees, and completely outside of our control.

Warranty
- Warranty for tools and accessories is one year unless you fucked it up yourself, which we will determine on a case by case basis when we receive it back.
- This means if you buy a USB-C amp meter and it stops working, an atten 862 and it dies, we will replace it for you. But if you tossed it out a 6th floor window and it broke, that's on you.
- Warranty isn't provided on chips due to the complicated nature of what can cause a chip to fail. However, if you received what you believe is a bad batch and let us know, we'll replace it for you, and would only ask for the batch of bad chips back so we can figure out what went on.
- There is no warranty on meme items. If you bought a meme, you got a meme. You can't warranty a meme.
store.rossmanngroup.com agrees to transfer to Customer whatever transferable warranties store.rossmanngroup.com receives from the manufacturer of Products sold to Customer. store.rossmanngroup.com makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Products. IN PARTICULAR, store.rossmanngroup.com MAKES NO WARRANTY RESPECTING THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, OR RESPECTING INFRINGEMENT. store.rossmanngroup.com's liability arising out of any sale of products to Customer is expressly limited to either (1) Refund of the purchase price paid by Customer for such Products (without interest), or (2) Repair and/or replacement of such Products, at store.rossmanngroup.com's election, with such remedies exclusive, and excluding all others. Customer must notify store.rossmanngroup.com within 90 days from date of shipment of any defective product. This warranty excludes any and all other warranties, whether oral, written, expressed, implied or statutory. Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are specifically excluded and shall not apply. Customer's obligations and store.rossmanngroup.com's remedies with respect to defective or nonconforming products, are solely and exclusively as stated herein. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered, or altered in any way.
